Pilar Bonet has been the correspondent in Moscow of the Spanish newspaper El Pais from 1984 until 1997 and again since 2001 when she returned to Russia after four years as El Pais correspondent in Germany Sophia Clement-Noguier teaches International Relations at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris Philip Hanson is emeritus professor of the political economy of Russia and Eastern Europe, University of Birmingham, UK Ania Krok-Paszkowska has a PhD in political science from the University of Leiden. She has been a visiting fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (European University Institute in Florence) Stephan Kux is delegate for European affairs of the Canton of Zurich (Switzerland) and senior lecturer in political science at the University of Zurich Rajan Menon is Monroe J. Rathbone Professor of International Relations at Lehigh University and a fellow at the New America Foundation Jerzy Mackow is chair of comparative politics (Central and Eastern Europe) at the Institute for Political Science at the University of Regensburg Alexander J. Motyl is professor of political science and deputy director of the Center for Global Change and Governance at Rutgers University-Newark Oleksandr Pavliuk is an expert on European security. He has published widely on security in the post-Soviet space, Ukrainian foreign policy, and implications of EU and NATO enlargement Alexander Rahr is program director of the Korber-Centre for Russian and CIS Affairs of the German Council on Foreign Relations Blair A. Ruble is director of the Kennan Institute for Advanced Russian Studies of the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. Yuri Senokosov is director of the publishing program of the Moscow School of Political Studies Lilia Shevtsova has been senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since 1995 Angela E.
