Author Biography

Kevin A. Hluch has been working in the field of ceramics for more than two decades as an artist/potter, instructor, lecturer and juror. Since 1982 he has served as professor of art and ceramics coordinator at Montgomery College in Rockville, Md. He earned his master's degree in ceramics and sculpture from Kent State University in 1978 and has been a frequent contributor to Ceramics Monthly. He and his wife, Margaret, and children, Mathew and Kendra, live in Frederick, Md.
