Author Biography

John DeMers, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houston, is the author of 24 books on cooking and other subjects. He is the former food editor of United Press International and currently co-hosts, with Rhonda Findley, the live food-and-wine radio show "Delicious Michief" each week in Houston and New Orleans. Rhonda Findley is a food writer and the coauthor of several cookbooks and other books. She lives in New Orleans.
