Andrew Salzberg, MD, specializes in cosmetic surgery and breast surgery. He is the chief of plastic surgery at Dobbs Ferry Hospital and clinically active at Westchester Medical Center and Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center. He lives in Tarrytown, New York. Steven Seidel, MD, is a plastic surgeon and the director of Seidel Plastic Surgery, a cosmetic surgery clinic. He lives in Cullman, Alabama.
