Pam is an Expert level certified Microsoft Office User Specialist. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Vocational Industrial and Technical Education from Louisiana State University. Yvonne Johnson is currently the president of R and C Limited, a consulting firm that specializes in computer courseware development and computer training. She received her bachelor's degree in Education from the Centre College of Kentucky and did her masters work at the University of South Florida.
