Author Biography

Maxine Cass was born in the Valley of Heart's Delight--now Silicon Valley--and has a dual B.A. in History and Medieval Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a widely-published writer, journalist, and photographer based in San Francisco who loves nature, travel, yoga, dance, and historic connection.
