Author Biography

Depold's life of drug and alcohol abuse started casually as a teen. A beer here and a joint there turned into 20 years of struggle that affected his relationships with friends, family and acquaintances. He recognizes that partying can seem fun at first, but in the long term it will destroy your life. Today he lives on a small acreage in southern Idaho with his wife. His three daughters and three grandchildren are close by. His heart burns with desire to reach out to the hurting, broken and needy. He is president and founder of U-TURN Ministries Inc. When time allows he loves to take off with his wife the RV and the four wheelers for an adventure. They will spend the entire day on those four wheelers trying to get to the top of the highest mountain just to sit there admiring Gods creation.
