I am currently using this textbook for the semester and so far I am satisfied with it. This textbook gives another angle for corporations to work with citizens to not only increase profits and market share but also to spread goodwill and care for the environment more efficiently. This book is great for upcoming business professionals. It teaches you real life scenarios to help you overcome your weaknesses and capitalize on your strengths. This textbook is good enough that you can teach yourself.
