Sarah Levy Imberman founded Sarah's Pastries and Candies in 2004 and soon expanded to multiple storefront shops in her hometown of Chicago. Since closing her retail stores, she has run S. Levy Foods. She is a graduate of both Northwestern University and the French Pastry School of Chicago. She is the author of Sweetness, first published in 2009 and now available in paperback.
