Author Biography

CATHY GORMLEY-HEENAN is Director of the Institute for Research in Social Sciences and a Senior Lecturer in the School of Criminology, Politicsand Social Policy at the University of Ulster, UK. She was awarded the Political Studies Association's Bernard Crick Award for Outstanding Teaching (New Entrant) in 2007.SIMON LIGHTFOOT is Senior Lecturer in European Politics and Director of Student Education, School of Politics and International Studies, University of Leeds, UK. He was awarded the Political Studies Association's Bernard Crick Award for Outstanding Teaching in 2009 and holds a full teaching fellowship from the University of Leeds.
