Dr. Bernard Fong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Dr Fong gained a PhD in healthcare wireless networks quality assurance. His main areas of expertise include Information Technology for Medical Applications, Wireless Healthcare Networks, Consumer Healthcare Technology, and Pervasive Computing and Signal Processing. Fong currently serves as the General Chair for ICST Connecting Health International Workshop, Executive Committee and Asia Pacific Representative for IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics, editorial board for IEEE Consumer Electronics Society and served as the Special Session Chair for Healthcare Technology.

Dr Alvis Fong, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Dr. A Fong was educated at Imperial, Oxford and Auckland. Before he embarked on an academic career in 2000, Dr. Fong was an engineer with Motorola where he worked on a wide range of projects involving wireless personal communicating devices. His IP contributions led to filing of international patents and he received the prestigious publication award four times. Since 2000, Dr. Fong has taught at Universities in Singapore and New Zealand. Subjects taught include digital communications (UG2,3), signals and systems (UG2), multimedia signal processing (MSc) and multimedia information management (MSc). He has published over 100 papers in major journals and conferences.

Professor Daniel Chow, Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Prof. Chow received his degrees in bioengineering from Hong Kong and Glasgow UK. He is a Professor and Associate Head of the Department of Health Technology & Informatics, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University; and serving as the Director of Joint Universities Consortium on Biomedical Engineering. Prof. Chow has taught numerous undergraduate and postgraduate courses in biomedical engineering and healthcare technology, and has contributed over 200 book chapters and refereed technical papers.
