Author Biography

David Moliterno, M.D, co-director of the Gill Heart Institute, professor of Internal Medicine and division chief of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Lexington, Kentucky. He is also inaugurated as the American College of Cardiology Governor of the Kentucky chapter for the years 2007-2010.
