Author Biography

Marilyn Daniels, PhD, is one of America’s leading researchers, lecturers, and authors on using American Sign Language with young children to enhance early communication and learning. She is currently a professor at Penn State University and has published a variety of magazine articles and books, including Dancing with Words: Signing for Hearing Children’s Literacy. She lives in Newport, Vermont. Georgia Frawley, MA, taught classes on child development, parenting, and marriage and family for more than 30 years, and has performed more than 1000 musical programs. Ken Frawley has presented Play-Along Song programs for more than 20 years and has instructed early childhood professionals, teachers, and parents on how to use playful songs with children for fun, development, and learning. He has written and produced 200 children’s songs. They live in Orange, California.
