Author Biography

Dennis S. Reina and Michelle L. Reina work with leaders and organizations who want to build trust in the workplace. They are principals of Chagnon and Reina Associates, Inc., an organization development research and consulting firm. They are change management consultants, executive coaches, and speakers who each have a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems. They have worked with and conducted research in over 65 organizations in private industry, state government, higher education, and the non-profit sector.
