Author Biography

Stephen Todd Walker is presently a Managing Director Oppenheimer and Co., Inc. Mr. Walker works with many CEO's of large publicly traded companies as well as entrepreneurs from privately held growth companies. He also advises family offices. His clients include Forbes 400 members as well as some of the most affluent families around the world. He was named to The Philadelphia Business Journal's 'Forty Under 40,' which honors the top young entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area. In 2003, RealPhilly wrote an article about Mr. Walker entitled 'Managing risk has its reward.' He was also featured in The Philadelphia Business Journal's (October 3, 2008) issue entitled 'Winner's Circle: Top Wealth Advisors' which presented the top twenty-five wealth managers in the greater Philadelphia area culled from the 7,000 advisors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who are employed by national and international securities firms. On February 9, 2009, Mr. Walker was named by Barron's as one of 'The Top 1,000 Advisers' in the United States and was also named as one of the top 25 'Wealth Advisers' in The Philadelphia Business Journal 2009 Book of Lists.
