Author Biography

David Callahan is a Fellow at the Twentieth Century Fund and the author of Between Two Worlds: Realism, Idealism, and American Foreign Policy after the Cold War, Dangerous Capabilities: Paul Nitze and the Cold War, and State of the Union. He holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University and lives in New York City.
