Author Biography

    Yonah Alexander is a senior fellow at the Potomac Institute and director of its International Center for Terrorism Studies. He is the founder of three international journals: Terrorism; Political Communication and Persuasion; and Minority and Group Rights. He has published more than ninety books on international affairs, terrorism, and psychological warfare.
    Donald J. Musch is a former foreign service officer. His government service includes work with the FBI and CIA and as an administrative assistant to a U.S. senator. He is editor or coeditor of Terrorism: Documents of International and Local Control; Civil Liberties and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act; and Balancing Civil Rights and Security.
