Sue Sampson and Ellen DeLucia created the Home Dec In A Sec window treatment pattern line in 1989. Through a licensing agreement with McCall Pattern Company, they have sold more than 4 million patterns internationally. In addition, Sue and Ellen launched HomeDecInASec.com, an e-commerce site that sells their patterns as well as custom-made window treatments. www.HomeDecInASec.com has received national media attention with articles appearing in newspapers such as TheChicago Tribune, The New York Times, The Detroit Free Press, The Stamford Advocate, The Connecticut Post, and Arizona Daily Star. Prior to starting Home Dec In A Sec, Sue and Ellen founded Whimsical Windows, a custom sewing business. Sue and Ellen both live in Easton, Connecticut.
