This textbook is written in an easy to understand style and anyone running a private billing service or working out of a medical office will find it very useful. It is especially helpful for understanding how to prepare HCFA claims for all third party insurance payers and medicare. Excellent customer service! The textbook arrived in just 2 days. I could not be more pleased with the "like new" condition. Also, this purchase saved me lots of money since I did not have to buy it from the bookstore.
