Author Biography

Pauline Stanton is an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Management at La Trobe University, Melbourne. Eileen Willis is Senior Lecturer in the School of Medicine at Flinders University, South Australia. Suzanne Young is Senior Lecturer in the Bowater School of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Business and Law, at Deakin University, Geelong, Australia.
