Rosemarie Hepner serves as Director of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing. She has significant experience in low-income housing research and data analysis. Lisa Sturtevant, Ph.D. is president of Lisa Sturtevant & Associates and former vice president for research at the National Housing Conference. Stockton Williams is the former Executive Vice President for Content and Executive Director of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing.
