Author Biography

Svetlana Amelekhina is Curator of Imperial Dress at the Kremlin. Rosalind Polly Blakesley is a Fellow of Pembroke College and Senior Lecturer in the History of Art at the University of Cambridge. A specialist in Russian art, she has worked extensively in Russia, and curated exhibitions in London, Moscow and Washington, DC.
