He lives in Philadelphia, PA. Maryann Karinch is the author of fifteen books. She holds a current certification in personal training from the American Council on Exercise. She lives in Estes Park, Co Charles R. Cantor, MD, DABSM is a neurologist specializing in sleep disorders. He is the medical director at Penn Sleep Centers. He lives in Swarthmore, PA.
