David G. Marrero, Ph.D., is the J.O.Richey Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicineof the Indiana University.

Bob Anderson, Ed.D., is a Professor and Senior Research Scientist in theDepartment of Medical Education of the University ofMichigan Medical School.

Martha Funnell, M.S., R.N.,C.D.E., is a clinical nurse specialist, diabeteseducator, adjunct lecturer in the University of MichiganSchool of Nursing, and Director for Administration at theMichigan Diabetes Research and Training Center.

Melinda Maryniuk, M.Ed., R.D.,C.D.E., isAssociate Director, Programs and Services of the JoslinDiabetes Center’s Affiliated Centers Program.
