He lives with his wife and son in Hove, East Sussex, England. Jacqueline Laks Gorman was born in Brooklyn, NY and educated at Barnard College and Columbia University. She worked as a book editor in New York before becoming a writer of information books for young readers. She now lives in DeKalb, IL.
