Author Biography

Charles F. French was a professional numismatist who conducted numerous coin auction sales. He was a charter member of the Professional Numismatist Guild as well as a member of the American Numismatic Society. He belonged to many regional numismatic groups and was the president of the Empire State Numismatic Association.
