Author Biography

Donald Marron is a visiting professor of public finance and microeconomics at the Georgetown Public Policy Institute and the director of the nonpartisan Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. He is a former advisor to Congress and the White House. He lives in Washington, DC.
