Author Biography

Nagla E. Rizk is Associate Professor and Chair of the Economics department at The American University in Cairo.

Lea Shaver is an Associate Research Scholar and Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Her research interests include intellectual property, human rights, and Internet law.
