Author Biography

Michele Robin lives in Chicago with her husband, Craig, and spunky Bernese Mountain Dog, Bode. This sequel, The Adventures of Dude Remy with Turquoise Charlie, is the parallel journey that Michele explores as an empty nester learning to navigate the next adventures in her own life story.

After Michele's three children moved on, she began reflecting on the ever-changing family dynamics and how she would continue to fit in. Staying connected to her kids while no longer living under the same roof is her goal. Life changes and learning to adapt are themes that are woven into all of Dude Remy's experiences. Michele hopes these adventures will open dialogs for parents to discuss a wide variety of emotions with their kids.

This picture-book series is Michele's legacy to her children, whose constant love and support have been her guiding light.
