She is the author of 365 Days of Healthy Eating from the American Dietetic Association, Monthly Nutrition Companion, and Nutrition and Wellness. Her work has appeared in USA Today, Living Fit, Better Homes and Gardens, Cooking Light, Vegetarian Times, Parenting, and Ladies' Home Journal, as well as on WebMD.
