Author Biography

Wilford I. Summers is an electricalconsultant and former Executive Director of theInternational Association of Electrical Inspectors.

Fred Hartwell is president of HartwellElectrical Services, Inc., and serves as inspector of wires inhis hometown. He has more than 25 years’ experience inthe field of electronics, including senior editor of ElectricalConstruction and Maintenance Magazine and principal memberof the NEC’s Code Making Panel Committee.
