DWIGHT McNEILL (Little Compton, RI), PH.D., MPH, President of WayPoint Health, consults on healthcare analytics to improve decision making, engage customers and patients, and optimize financing and delivery. He is guest lecturer at Duke University Fuqua School of Business; Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Sawyer Business School; and Lead Faculty member at IIA’s Health Care & Life Sciences Analytics Research Council. His recent publications include The Value of Building Sustainable Health Care Systems; Building Organizational Capacity; and Patient Centered Care as Public Policy (from Putting Patients First).
