Author Biography


The Hon. Sir Jack Beatson FBA is a Justice of the High Court, Queen's Bench Division, and sometime Rouse Ball Professor of English Law at the University of Cambridge.

Professor Andrew Burrows FBA, QC (hon) is Norton Rose Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Oxford.

Professor John Cartwright is Professor of the Law of Contract at the University of Oxford, and Professor of Anglo-American Private Law at the University of Leiden.
