Author Biography

Guru Terath Kaur Khalsa, Ph.D. in psychotherapy and counseling, is a Kundalini Yoga instructor and has been a student of Yogi Bhajan for almost 30 years. She leads workshops in Sacred Sexuality, Meditation, and Kundalini Yoga. Yogi Bhajan is Director of Spiritual Education for the 3HO Foundation. He has taught Kundalini Yoga and Humanology in the West since 1969 and is the author of The Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, and The Mind: Its Projections and Multiple Facets, and many manuals on yoga and the psychology of the mind.
