Author Biography

Clarence Watkins is a native Memphian and a graduate of Memphis State University. He currently lives in Pelham, Alabama. He is a member of the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR) and the cofounder of the Southern Association Conference. Clarence serves on the board of directors of the Friends of Rickwood. He is the author of Images of Baseball: Baseball in Birmingham.
