Vor dem Hintergrund der Neufassung des Bundesnaturschutzgesetzes (BNatSchG) durch das Gesetz zur Neuregelung des Rechts des Naturschutzes und der Landschaftspflege vom 29.07.2009 (BGBl. I S. 2542) fand am 13. und 14. September 2010 an der Technischen Universität Berlin eine wissenschaftliche Fachtagung statt, die sich mit den Schnittfeldern des Naturschutz- und Landschaftspflegerechts auf der einen Seite und der städtebaulichen Planung sowie der Zulassung von Bauvorhaben auf der anderen Seite sowohl unter rechtlichen als auch unter planungsfachlichen Gesichtspunkten näher auseinandergesetzt hat. Dieser Tagungsband dokumentiert die schriftlich ausgearbeiteten Einzelvorträge.
