Author Biography

BILLY ALTMAN is a Grammy-nominated music critic whose work has appeared in the New York Times, the New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Esquire, and People. A longtime editor of Creem and former curator for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, he teaches a course in music and culture at New York’s School of Visual Arts. He lives in Westchester County, New York.
