Author Biography

Silvana Franco is a food writer and stylist with over a decade's experience of working in the food media. She has worked as food stylist for celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott and now runs her own company, Fork Paul Merrett trained under some of London's most inspirational chefs and has since gone on to establish a reputation for having an innovative cookery style of his own. He is currently Head Chef at The Greenhouse restaurant in Mayfair Ben O'Donoghue worked at several of Australia's best-known restaurants, including the much acclaimed Goodfella's restaurant in Sydney, before moving to London's The River Cafe. He is now Head Chef at the exclusive Monte's Club in Knightsbridge
