Author Biography

Herman Van den Broeck is a professor at the University of Ghent and at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. He specialises in change management, emotional intelligence and leadership. Over many years he has closely monitored important leaders in various fields. David Venter is a South African by birth and has spent the major part of his life practising psychology, fulfilling the role as director general of all government communication in South Africa during the transition from apartheid to democracy. Thereafter he focused on teaching and consulting in the field of negotiation and mediation. For the past six years he has been a professor at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
