Author Biography

Reg Down grew up in Canada, Namibia, South Africa and Ireland. The 'Tiptoes Lightly' tales arose out of his work with the kindergarten and younger grades where Tiptoes and her companions became a favorite of both the students and teachers. He is the author of The Tales of Tiptoes Lightly and The Festival of Stones (Trafford Publishing) - his first two children's books -and Leaving Room for the Angels - Eurythmy and the Art of Teaching (AWSNA Press: 1995 & 2004), a book on eurythmy and artistic pedagogy.
