Author Biography

Huw Smart, Lecturer, University of Glamorgan and former Chief Inspector, South Wales Police

Huw Smart is a former Chief Inspector and qualified police trainer for South Wales Police, with over 30 years' experience in the police service. He is a part-time lecturer at the University of Glamorgan and is co-author of the Blackstone's Police Q&As series.
