Author Biography

Richard Brook is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at Bloomsburg University, USA.

Bertil Belfrage is Research Fellow at the Department of Arts and Cultural Sciences at Lund University, Sweden. He is the author of George Berkeley's Manuscript Introduction and numerous papers on Berkeley's thought.
