The Boy Allies books were published under the pen names of "Ensign Robert L. Drake" and "Clair W. Hayes." These stories have strong characters and amazing action adventure episodes making them a thrilling read for young boys. The series includes: At Jutland, At Liege, At Verdun, Balkan Campaign, Firing Line, Great Peril, Trenches, Uncle Sams Cruisers, Under the Sea, Under Two Flags, Victorious Fleets, and With Haig in Flanders. The Battle of Jutland was the largest naval battle of World War I. It was the only full-scale clash of battleships in that war. It was fought in May 1916, in the North Sea near Jutland, Denmark. The combatants were the Imperial German Navy's High Seas Fleet, commanded by Vice-Admiral Reinhard Scheer, and the British Royal Navy's Grand Fleet, commanded by Admiral Sir John Jellicoe.
