Author Biography

Anne Bradford started compiling her Crossword Solver’s Dictionary in 1957, and regularly published new editions. She devoted a considerable time each day to solving crosswords, and noted, on average, 150 words a week. Her labor of love will be continued by her daughter Gillian.
