Author Biography

Matthew Jones had been at the forefront of the baking revolution for 25 years. He set up the extremely successful Flour Power City in 1999, and is the founder of Borough Market's Bread Ahead Bakery and Baking School, which attracts customers from all over the world. With an incredible team of bakers, Bread Ahead make some of the finest artisan breads and doughnuts and have a very dedicated and loyal fanbase. There are currently 6 Bread Ahead premises in London, with plans to expand internationally, starting in Saudi.
