Henry Blackaby and his wife Marilynn have five children, all of whom are actively serving in full-time Christian ministry Richard Blackaby is the oldest son of Henry and Marilynn. He is married to Lisa and has three teenage children, Mike, Daniel, and Carrie. Richard was the pastor of Friendship Baptist Church, Winnipeg, before becoming the president of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada
