Author Biography

James P. Honan is lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He served as educational program chair for the Project on Faculty Appointments at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Cheryl Sternman Rule served as research analyst for the Project on Faculty Appointments at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
