The skills needed to implement Cisco-based Voice over IP (VoIP) and Convergence solutions are in high and growing demand. In fact, these skills represent the #1 new course area now being implemented by Cisco Networking Academies worldwide. CCNA Voice Lab Manual is the first complete, hands-on lab manual for every networking professional who is preparing for Cisco's new 640-461 ICOMM v8.0 CCNA Voice certification exam. This book offers unparalleled hands-on practice in solving a wide spectrum of challenges involving Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Unified Communications Manager Express, Unity Express, and Unified Presence. It covers all exam topics, plus additional topics essential to successfully implementing production-quality IP voice solutions in small-to-medium-sized businesses. Each chapter contains two levels of labs: the first, walking through every step of configuration; and an additional challenge lab asking readers to complete configurations without detailed instructions. The book concludes with a set of new case studies and a complete command reference. A perfect resource for all Cisco Networking Academy students preparing for Cisco's new CCNA Voice exam, this book's labs are designed to work with NDG's Netlabs for easy lab management. This book is also an ideal companion for Cisco Press's comprehensive new CCNA Voice study guide, CCNA Voice 640-461 Official Exam Certification Guide, 2nd Ed
