Author Biography

Todd Lammle, CIO of Globalnet System Solutions, Inc., is co-author of CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate Study Guide and CCNP: Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting Study Guide, both from Network Press. Todd has more than fifteen years of experience designing, installing, and troubleshooting LANs and WANs. Ward Spangenberg is a Network Engineer for International Network Services in Portland, Oregon. Ward has more than seven years of LAN and WAN design and implementation experience with both domestic and international clients. Robert Padjen has eight years of industry experience including network design, data security, and business/technology modeling, as well as the development and presentation of network training programs.
