Author Biography

Jeff Hiatt is the founder and President of Prosci and the Change Management Learning Center. He authored the books The Perfect Change, The Employee's Survival Guide to Change and the book ADKAR: a model for change in business, government and our community and co-author of Winning with Quality. Jeff has led research projects with more than 1000 companies on change management and business process design. He trains on change management and coaches business leaders worldwide.Tim Creasey is a lead research and development analyst for Prosci and the Change Management Learning Center. Tim spearheaded the last two change management best practices study with more than 500 participants from 59 countries. Tim is also the leader of Prosci's Change Management Webinar series.
